Materials:

  • 1 skein of Amigurumi yarn – Colors: 8176 (Off-White), 7148 (Craft), 3047 (Sopro), 7563 (Chantilly), and 4093 (Tafetá);

  • Scraps of Cléa yarn – Color: 8990 (Black);

  • 2.5 mm (C-2) crochet hook;

  • 14 mm blue safety eyes;

  • Fiberfill stuffing;

  • Tapestry needle;

  • Stitch marker.

Instructions


Arms (2)

With Amigurumi yarn 8176 (Off-White)  

Rnd 1: 6 sc in a magic ring.

Rnd 2: 6 inc = 12 sc

Rnd 3 and 4: 12 sc

Rnd 5: *4 sc, 1 dec* = 10 sc

Rnd 6 and 7: 10 sc

Rnd 8: *3 sc, 1 dec* = 8 sc

Rnd 9 to 11: 8 sc

Fasten off and stuff.


Legs (2), Body and Head

Start with Amigurumi yarn 8176 (Off-White)  

Rnd 1: 6 sc in a magic ring.

Rnd 2: 6 inc = 12 sc

Rnd 3: *1 sc, 1 inc* = 18 sc

Rnd 4: 18 sc working in back loops only.

Rnd 5: 18 sc

Rnd 6: 5 sc, 4 dec, 5 sc = 14 sc

Rnd 7 to 9: 14 sc

Stuff and fasten off.

Make the other leg the same way.

In the next round, join the legs together.

Change to Amigurumi yarn 3047 (Sopro)

We will make an invisible color change, so the first round will be worked in sl st in the back loops only, and the second in sc in the back loops only. These two rounds will count as one.

Rnd 10: In the 4th stitch of one leg, insert the hook from the inside to the outside and ch 1. Join to the 12th stitch of the second leg and work 14 sl st in the back loops only, 1 sc in the join between the legs, 14 sl st in the back loops only on the other leg, 1 sc in the join between the legs. Continuing (as if it were the 2nd round), work 30 sc in the back loops only around = 30 sc.

Tip: To identify the stitch placement, use the back loop round of each leg as a reference.

Rnd 11: 30 sc

Rnd 12: *4 sc, 1 inc* = 36 sc

Rnd 13 and 14: 36 sc

Fasten off.

Change to Amigurumi yarn 8176 (Off-White)

Start on one of the sides so the color change is less noticeable.

We will make an invisible color change, so the first round will be worked in sl st in the back loops only, and the second in sc in the back loops only. These two rounds will count as one.

Rnd 15: 36 sl st in the back loops only. Continuing (as if it were the 2nd round), 36 sc in the back loops only.

Rnd 16: 36 sc

Rnd 17: *10 sc, 1 dec* = 33 sc

Rnd 18: 33 sc

Rnd 19: *9 sc, 1 dec* = 30 sc

Rnd 20: 30 sc

Rnd 21: *8 sc, 1 dec* = 27 sc

Rnd 22: *7 sc, 1 dec* = 24 sc

In the next round, join the arms.

Rnd 23: Work sc until 2 stitches before the side of the body, 4 sc joining the arm to the body (2 sc through the front of the body and 2 through the back of the body), sc until 2 stitches before the other side of the body, 4 sc joining the arm to the body (2 sc through the front of the body and 2 through the back of the body), finish the round with sc = 24 sc.

Rnd 24: 24 sc

Stuff the legs and the body.

Rnd 25: *1 sc, 1 inc* = 36 sc

Rnd 26: *5 sc, 1 inc* = 42 sc

Rnd 27: *6 sc, 1 inc* = 48 sc

Rnd 28: *7 sc, 1 inc* = 54 sc

Rnd 29: *8 sc, 1 inc* = 60 sc

Rnd 30 to 34: 60 sc

Rnd 35: *3 sc, 1 dec* = 48 sc

Rnd 36 to 41: 48 sc

Place the safety eyes between Rnds 36 and 37, leaving 7 visible stitches between them after placement.

Stuff.

Rnd 42: *6 sc, 1 dec* = 42 sc

Rnd 43: *5 sc, 1 dec* = 36 sc

Rnd 44: *4 sc, 1 dec* = 30 sc

Rnd 45: *3 sc, 1 dec* = 24 sc

Rnd 46: *2 sc, 1 dec* = 18 sc

Stuff.

Rnd 47: *1 sc, 1 dec* = 12 sc

Rnd 48: 6 dec = 6 sc

Fasten off and close with an inverted magic ring.


Tail

With Amigurumi yarn 8176 (Off-White)  

Rnd 1: 6 sc in a magic ring.

Rnd 2: 6 sc

Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing.

Sew between Rnds 12 and 13 of the body.

 

Ears (2)

With Amigurumi yarn 8176 (Off-White)  

Rnd 1: 4 sc in a magic ring.

Rnd 2: *1 sc, 1 inc* = 6 sc

Rnd 3: *2 sc, 1 inc* = 8 sc

Rnd 4: *1 sc, 1 inc* = 12 sc

Rnd 5: *3 sc, 1 inc* = 15 sc

Rnd 6: *4 sc, 1 inc* = 18 sc

Rnd 7 to 14: 18 sc

Rnd 15: *1 dec, 16 sc* = 17 sc

Rnd 16: *1 dec, 15 sc* = 16 sc

Rnd 17: *1 dec, 14 sc* = 15 sc

Do not stuff.

Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing.


Inner Ear Pieces (2)

With Amigurumi yarn 7563 (Chantilly)

Ch 12 and, starting in the 2nd ch from the hook, work:

Rnd 1: 1 sc, 1 hdc, 1 dc, 7 tr, 1 dcFasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing.

Sew onto the ear.

Sew the ears between Rnds 45 and 48 of the head, leaving 1 stitch of space between them.

 

Snout

With Amigurumi yarn 3047 (Sopro)

Rnd 1 (inside the magic ring): ch 2, 2 dc, ch 2, 1 sl st

Close the magic ring and fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing. 

Sew the snout between the eyes.

With Amigurumi yarn 8176 (Off-White), pass the yarn four times over the top of each eye to form the eyelids and create the eye indentation.

With Cléa yarn 8990 (Black), embroider the mouth and the eyebrows.

 

Bow

With Amigurumi yarn 7148 (Craft)

Rnd 1 (inside the magic ring): ch 4, 3 tr, ch 4, 1 sl st, ch 4, 3 tr, ch 4, 1 sl st.

Close the magic ring.

Fasten off, leaving a long tail to wrap around the center of the bow and sew it onto the ear.

 

Dress

With Amigurumi yarn 4093 (Tafetá)

Work in rows.

Ch 31 and, starting in the 2nd ch from the hook, work:

Row 1: *1 sc, 1 inc*, turn = 45 sc

Row 2: 45 sc, turn.

Row 3: 7 sc, ch 4, skip 7 sts, 17 sc, ch 4, skip 7 sts, 7 sc, turn = 39 sts

Row 4: 39 sc, turn.

Row 5: *12 dc, 1 inc in dc*, turn = 42 dc

Row 6: 20 dc, 1 inc in dc, 21 dc, turn = 43 dc.

Row 7: 43 sc

Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing, and close the dress.

Change to Amigurumi yarn 3047 (Sopro)

Make the edging:Attach the yarn to the hem and ch 3, work 2 dc in the same stitch and close them together, skip 2 stitches and work 1 sc. Repeat until the end of the hem.

Sew the dress halfway closed, leaving an opening to dress the bunny.

With Amigurumi yarn 4093 (Tafetá), ch 25 at the ends of the neckline to tie and close the dress after dressing the bunny.
