DYE CLEAN
The Dye Clean technique has been adapted in an innovative way and today we are the only Brazilian yarn company that uses this process to dye some colors of our yarns.
It allows the water of the same bath to be used for various dyeing without the need to be fully exchanged, which generates a savings of 90.92% of water in the yarns in which the process was implemented.

REDUCE THE SALINIZATION OF EFFLUENT SENT TO ITAJAÍ-AÇU RIVER
Reduction in the disposal of organic and inorganic products with the reuse of dyeing baths. In this context, Círculo remains a pioneer company, being the only one to dye mercerized yarns with this technology in Brazil, reinforcing its position in the market as an innovative company.
REDUCE THE CAPTURE OF WATER FROM ITAJAÍ-AÇU
Although DYE CLEAN cannot be used in the production of all the yarns we produce, it already represents a very significant reduction in the amount of water that is captured from the Itajaí-Açu River.
REDUCE THE CONSUMPTION OF CHEMICALS
The adaptation of this process to yarn dyeing was a challenge, but it brought an impact on the reduction of chemical consumption: in one year, Círculo stopped using 90t of these products.
REDUCE SLUDGE GENERATION
A direct consequence of the decrease in the consumption of chemicals is the reduction of the generation and transport of sludge.
REDUCE ENERGY, WATER AND STEAM CONSUMPTION

The I am made of cotton movement was born in 2016 to raise the collective awareness about fashion and sustainable consumption. It brings together agents from the production chain and the textile industry to monitor and encourage the journey of environmentally correct policies, socially just and economically responsible production of cotton. Círculo Inc has been a part of this movement since 2020, reinforcing its position of valorization and care with the choice of crude material and its production processes.
Junior Achievement is one of the largest youth-motivating social organizations in the world. One of its main objectives is to stimulate and develop students for the job market through the "learn by doing" method.
The companies that support the organization help generate pathways for young people to be prepared for the challenges and careers of a globalized economy.

The Eureciclo seal certifies the company by reverse logistics of post-consumer packaging, through a platform for tracking invoices issued by recycling cooperatives and partner operators.
This seal guarantees that the brand invests in the development of the recycling chain through environmental compensation of at least 22% of its packaging, as provided for in the National Solid Waste Policy.
The International Certificate OEKO-TEX guarantees, through a series of tests and analysis of samples, that 100% cotton products manufactured by Círculo do not have harmful substances that can cause unhealthy consequences.
The purpose of the seal is to ensure confidence and safety in the developed products.
The certification is renewed annually, as well as the criteria that are reviewed with the same frequency.

The non-profit organization is the world's leading sustainability initiative for cotton. Its mission is to help the entire crude material production chain survives and thrives, protecting and restoring the environment.

The program adapts the GHG Protocol method to the Brazilian context and is responsible for developing tools that assist in the calculation of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
Specifically for Circulo, this number is calculated based on the amount of CO2 emitted per each kilo of yarn produced.
With this inventory, we were able to control the production chain against emissions and control of the impacts caused and plan preventive and reduction measures.
