Encanto Slim: 6 (7, 7, 8, 8, 9)  balls color 2307 (Tide)

Anne: 4 (5, 6, 6, 7, 8) balls color 2829 (Ball Blue)

Crochet hook: 1. 75 mm

1 blue zipper: 12.5 (13, 13.5, 13.75, 14.25, 14.5) in / 32 (33, 34, 35, 36, 37) cm long

Gauge: 24 dc x 12 R = 4”/10 cm using hook 1.75 mm.

Execution

Front and back are worked simultaneously. Use Anne to make the dress and Encanto Slim to make fringes.

Start at waistband. Crochet back and forth.

Ch 29 + 3 to turn. Follow Pattern 1 up to 28.5 (31, 34.5, 37.5, 40.5, 43) in / 72 (79, 87, 95, 103, 109) cm. Fasten off.

Top

Work on the top side of waistband.

Crochet back and forth.

Make 170 (190, 209, 229, 247, 262) dc in each row up to 8.75 (9, 9.5, 9.75, 10.25, 10.75) in / 22 (23, 24, 25, 26, 27) cm.

Make 1 row in sc and fasten off.

Skirt

Work on the other side of waistband.

Crochet in the round.

R1: 188 (206, 226, 246, 264, 282) sc

R2: 188 (206, 226, 246, 264, 282) dc.

Increase sts evenly spaced:

XS: 2 inc (9x) and 1 st (14x).

S: 2 inc (10x) and 1 st (14x).

M: 2 inc (11x) and 1 st (16x).

L: 2 inc (12x) and 1 st (18x).

XL: 2 inc (13x) and 1 st (18x).

2XL: 2 inc (14x) and 1 st (18x).

Once increases are completed continue skirt without increases up to 13.5 (13.75, 14.25, 14.5, 15, 15.25) in / 34 (35, 36, 37, 38, 39) cm, and work as follows:

3 rnds = Pattern 2 chart, rep from to (horizontally) 55 (60, 66, 72, 77, 82) times,

1 rnd in sc

1 rnd in dc

16 rnds = Pattern 2 chart, rep from to (horizontally) 55 (60, 66, 72, 77, 82) times,

1 rnd in sc

1 rnd in dc

13 rnds = Pattern 2 chart, rep from to (horizontally) 55 (60, 66, 72, 77, 82) times,

1 rnd in sc. Fasten off.

Straps (make 2)

Ch 9 + 3 to turn.

Follow chart up to 10.75 in / 27 cm. Make 1 row in sc on long edges and 2 rows in sc on short sides. Fasten off.

Assembly and finishing

Sew zipper onto back and sew straps according to measurement chart.

Crochet fringe tassel: Use Encanto Slim. Cut 2 yarn pieces to 17.25 (18, 19, 19.75, 20.5, 21.25) in / 44 (46, 48, 50, 52, 54) cm, insert needle in place, fold yarn in half, pull yarn into loop, pull edges and release (1 tassel) repeat as many times it is required.

Insert fringes as follows:

Neckline: into every st of the sc rnd,

Top: into every st the second rnd of top,

Skirt: into every st on the first rnd in sc,

Continue inserting the fringes one or two rnd before the end of the previous fringe. insert one fringe and sk one st rep from to until eor.
