Gauge: a 4" (10 cm) square in fantasy stitch (diag. 1) using a 7.0 mm hook = 10 sts. x 8 rows.

Execution

Bottom of the bag:  Using the Premium T-shirt yarn in Periwinkle color and a 7.0 mm crochet hook, start the piece at the top by working a foundation chain of 19 ch. Over this chain, work following diag. 1 from the 1st to the 25th row. Work in back-and-forth rows. Fasten off the yarn and set the piece aside.

Side – Circle: Using the Premium T-shirt yarn in Periwinkle color and a 7.0 mm crochet hook, start the motif by making a magic ring. R1: 3 ch., 11 dc., 1 sl st. to close the round. R2: follow diag. 2. Make another circle (1 more) and set them aside.

Finishing: On the wrong side of the bottom of the bag, place the synthetic cane webbing, then the lilac cotton fabric. Attach the lining using the sewing machine and the Maxxi Retrós thread in Candy Lilac color, leaving a border of about 0.2" (0.5 cm) all around. Switch to the Premium T-shirt yarn in Periwinkle color and a 7.0 mm crochet hook. On the sides of the bottom of the bag, attach the circles (diag. 2) with 20 sc., leaving an opening at the top of about 2" (5 cm). Using a no. 2 sewing needle and the Maxxi Retrós thread in Candy Lilac, attach the magnetic buttons as shown in the diagram.  At the edge of the bag sides, pass the natural cotton rope through, leaving an extra length of approximately 6" (15 cm) on each side. Tie a knot near each circle (diag. 2) and another knot at each end of the handle.
