Level of difficulty

Size:  2.76 ″ (7 cm) tall.

Materials & Tools:

·         1 skein of Amigurumi yarn - Colors: #7625 (Chestnut), #7567 (Cocoa), and #3528 (Carmine)

·         Cléa yarn - Color: #8990 (Preto)

·         Crochet hook - 3.0 mm

·         Tapestry needle

·         8 mm Amigurumi eyes - Color: Brown

·         Fiberfill

·         Lock stitch marker

Abbreviations:

ch = Chain Stitch

dec = Decrease

inc = Increase

pm = Place marker

rnd = Round

rnds = Rounds

sc = Single Crochet

sl st = Slip Stitch

to eor = To end of round

Examples of how to read this pattern:

Rnd 0 – XX sc (XX) –> Single round (follow the indicated stitches).

Rnds 0 and 0 (2 rnds): XX sc (XX) –> 2 identical rounds (follow the indicated stitches).

Head

Use Amigurumi #7625 (Chestnut).

Rnd 1: 6 sc into the magic ring.

Rnd 2: 6 inc - Note: pm on 1st sc (12)

Rnd 3: 1 sc, 1 inc to eor (18)

Rnd 4: 2 sc, 1 inc to eor (24)

Rnd 5: 3 sc, 1 inc to eor (30)

Rnd 6: 4 sc, 1 inc to eor (36)

Rnds 7 to 11 (5 rnds): 36 sc (36)

Attach the safety eyes between rnds 8 and 9, 7 sts apart.

Rnd 12: 4 sc, 1 dec to eor (30)

Rnd 13: 3 sc, 1 dec to eor (24)

Rnd 14: 2 sc, 1 dec to eor (18)

Stuff.

Rnd 15: 1 sc, 1 dec to eor (12)

Rnd 16: 6 dec (6)

Fasten off with a reverse magic ring. 

Nose

Use Amigurumi #3528 (Carmine).

Rnd 1: 6 sc into the magic ring.

Rnd 2: 6 inc - Note: pm on 1st sc (12)

Rnd 3: 6 dec (6)

Fasten off, leaving a tail for sewing.

Sew between rnds 9 and 11 of the head, between the eyes.

Ears (Make 2)

Use Amigurumi #7625 (Chestnut).

Rnd 1: 6 sc into the magic ring.

Rnd 2: 6 sc - Note: pm on 1st sc (6)

Rnd 3: 1 sc, 1 inc to eor (9)

Rnd 4: 9 sc (9)

Rnd 5: 2 sc, 1 inc to eor (12)

Rnds 6 to 9 (4 rnds): 12 sc (12)

Fold and work 4 sc, joining both sides to create a slight groove.

Antlers (Make 2)

Use Amigurumi #7567 (Cocoa).

Rnd 1: 6 sc into the magic ring.

Rnd 2: 1 sc, 1 inc to eor - Note: pm on 1st sc (9)

Rnd 3: 1 sc, 1 dec to eor (6)

Rnds 4 to 6 (3 rnds): 6 sc (6)

Fasten off, leaving a tail for sewing.

Sew the antlers between the ears..
