Crochet Stitches Used: ch.: chain, sl.st.: slip stitch, s.c.: single crochet, blo sc.: back loop single crochet, d.c.: double crochet, pattern stitch (A): follow diagram 1, pattern stitch (B): follow diagram 2, pattern stitch (C): follow diagram 3.
Sample: a 3.94 inches (10 cm) square in pattern stitch (B - diagram 2) with a 7.0 mm crochet hook = 10 stitches x 7 rows
Execution
Bag Bottom: use the Premium T-shirt Yarn and a 7.0 mm crochet hook. Start the piece at the bottom and work back and forth. Work a string of 7 chains; 1st row: 1 ch, 7 sc. From the 2nd to the 21st row, work in pattern stitch (A), following diagram 1.
Bag Base: use the Premium T-shirt Yarn and work around the bottom of the bag in circular rounds, in pattern stitch (B), following diagram 2 and the repeat pattern from the 22nd to the 36th round. Fasten off the yarn and set the piece aside.
Purse Clasp Preparation: use the Premium T-shirt Yarn and a 7.0 mm crochet hook. Work around the holes of the purse clasp and the sides with 1 round of sl st (52 stitches). Follow pattern stitch (C) - diagram 3 - 37th round.
Attaching the Clasp to the Bag Bottom: use a tapestry needle and sew the purse clasp to the bottom of the bag with basted stitches.
Finishing: pattach the lining using a No. 2 sewing needle and Maxxi Retrós thread with basting stitches. On the sides of the bag, attach the Golden Acrylic Chain Handle.
