·         Color C: 5, (5, 7, 7), 9, 9 Bossa Nova (169 yds / 155 m - 3.52 oz / 100 g) skeins in 3480 color – Devotion.

·         Color B: 3, (3, 3, 3), 3, 3 Bossa Nova (169 yds / 155 m - 3.52 oz / 100 g) skeins in 530 color – Pacific.

·         Color A: 2, (2, 2, 2), 2, 2 Bossa Nova (169 yds / 155 m - 3.52 oz / 100 g) skeins in 786 color – Blue.

NOTIONS

·         Tapestry needle.

·         Scissors.

STITCHES USED 

Granny square:

See chart A, (A, B, B), B, B.

Granny stitch: [ch2, 3dc].

GAUGE: 

·         Each square A = 5 in x 5 in / 13 cm x 13 cm.

·         Each square B = 8.3 in x 8.3 in / 21 cm x 21 cm.

ABBREVIATIONS: Chain(s) (ch/chs), Slip stitch (sl st), Single crochet (sc), Double crochet (dc), Fasten off (FO), Fasten on (FON), […] (repetition), BOR (beginning of the round), sp (space).

PATTERN

Rnd 1 (Color A): Ch3, 2dc into ring, ch2, [3dc, ch2] 3 times. Join to top of first dc st. FO Color A.

Rnd 2 (Color B): FON in any ch2 sp with Color B using a standing dc st, 2dc, ch2, 3dc in the same ch2 sp, 3dc, ch2, 3dc in each of the next 3 ch 2 sp. Join with a sl st to the first dc st. FO Color B.

Rnd 3 (Color C): FON in any ch2 sp with Color C using a standing dc st,  2dc, ch2, 3dc, in the same ch2 sp, granny st in sp between granny sts, 3dc, [ch2, 3dc] in the next ch2 sp. Rep from [to] 3 times. Granny st between next 2 granny sts. Join with a sl st to the first dc st.

Only sizes -, (-, L, XL), 2L and 3L.

Rnd 4 (Color C): FON in any ch2 sp with Color C using a standing dc st, 2dc, ch2, 3dc in the same ch2 sp, granny st in each sp between granny sts until ch2 sp, 3dc, [ch2, 3dc] in ch2 sp. Rep from [to] 3 times. Granny st in each sp between granny sts. Join with a sl st to the first dc st. FO Color C.

Make 82, (82, 32, 32), 58, 58 squares, following the chart A, (A, B, B), B, B.

ASSEMBLING

Arrange all the granny squares according to the diagram A, (A, B, B), C, C and join them using sl sts through the back loops of the chs.

FINISHING

Weave in your ends. Wet block and let lay flat to dry.
