Border

Round 1: With off white, place one sc evenly around the entire blanket. Place 3 sc in each corner. *Tip: while working along the sides, place two sc for each colored row, so 2 sc per white row, 2 sc for each teal row, etc. This way you won’t be adding unnecessary single crochets to the sides which could result in a wavy edge. Join with sl st to the first sc you made.

Finish off white, add teal.

Round 2: Ch 2, 1 hdc in each st around, placing 3 hdc in each corner. Join with a sl st to the first hdc. Finish off teal, add light blue.

Round 3: Ch 1, 1 sc in each st around, place 3 sc in each corner. Join with a sl st to the first sc. Finish off. Weave in ends.
