Size: 46 (XL)

Materials: InLove Slim (100 g / 3.53 oz), 4 skeins in color 8008 (Pedreira); US 10 (6.0 mm) Bamboo Circular Knitting Needles with stainless steel cable (80 cm / 31.5 in); Círculo Tapestry Needle; Tracing Paper; Pencil; Scissors; Measuring Tape.


Abbreviations and stitches used: Following (foll), Row, Rows (row(s)), Length (length), Chart, Charts (chart(s)), Decreasing, Decrease (dec), Right Side (RS), Stitch (st), Stitches (sts), Bind off (BO), Next (next), Repeat, Repeats (rep), Knit (k), Time, Times (x), 3/3 Rib (chart 1), Pattern Stitch (chart 2), 2/2 Rib (chart 3).


Gauge: A 4 in (10 cm) square in pattern stitch A (Chart 2) using US 10 (6.0 mm) circular knitting needles = 18 sts. x 22 rows.


Instructions: Transfer the templates onto tracing paper to use as a reference when making the piece. Observe the arrows in the measurement diagram indicating the direction of the work. Knit

all pieces back and forth in rows.


Back: Using InLove Slim yarn in Pedreira, cast on 85 sts on US 10 (6.0 mm) circular knitting needles. Start the piece at the bottom in 3/3 ribbing, following Chart 1 and the repeat stitches for 2 in (5 cm). On the next row, continue in pattern stitch, following Chart 2 and the repeat stitches. At 12.2 in (31 cm) in length, begin shaping the armholes by dec on each side every other row: 5 sts (1 x), 3 sts (1 x), 1 st (2 x), for a total of 65 sts. At 19.3 in (49 cm) from the beginning, bind off all sts and set the piece aside. 

Front: Using InLove Slim yarn in Pedreira, cast on 85 sts on US 10 (6.0 mm) circular knitting needles. Start the piece at the bottom in 3/3 ribbing, following Chart 1 and the repeat stitches for 2 in (5 cm). On the next row, continue in pattern stitch, following Chart 2 and the repeat sts. At 12.2 in (31 cm) in length, begin shaping the armholes by dec on each side every other row: 5 sts (1 x), 3 sts (1 x), 1 st (2 x), for a total of 65 sts. At 16.1 in (41 cm) in length, begin shaping the neckline by binding off the 11 center sts and knit each side separately over the remaining 27 sts. Knit straight along the inner edge of the neckline for 2 in (5 cm), then dec at the neckline edge every other row: 8 sts (1 x), 2 sts (1 x), and 1 st (2 x). At 19.3 in (49 cm) from the beginning, bind off the 15 sts of each shoulder and set the piece aside.

Sleeves: Using InLove Slim yarn in Pedreira, cast on 75 sts on US 10 (6.0 mm) circular knitting needles. Start the piece at the bottom in 3/3 ribbing, following Chart 1 and the repeat sts for 1.2 in (3 cm). On the next row, continue in pattern stitch, following Chart 2 and the repeat sts. At 2.8 in (7 cm) in length, shape the sleeve cap by dec on each side every other row: 5 sts (1 x), 2 sts (3 x), and 1 st (6 x). At 10.6 in (27 cm) from the beginning, bind off the remaining 41 sts on the needle. Make the other sleeve in the same way and set them aside.

Assembly and Finishing: Using a tapestry needle and InLove Slim yarn in Pedreira, sew the piece together using basting sts. Close the shoulders for 3.1 in (8 cm), the sides of the body for 12.2 in (31 cm), leaving an 7.1 in (18 cm) opening for the armholes. Close the sleeves for 2.8 in (7 cm)  and sew them around the armholes, slightly gathering the upper part of each sleeve. 

Neckline: Using InLove Slim yarn in Pedreira, pick up 98 sts around the neckline onto US 10 (6.0 mm) circular knitting needles and knit in 2/2 ribbing, following Chart 3 and the repeat stitches, for 1.2 in (3 cm) Bind off all sts.
