81-86, (91-96, 101-106, 111-117), 122-127 and 132-137 cm

 

MATERIAL:

SUGGESTED HOOK: 

Círculo knitting needles US 4 / 3.5 mm or size needed to achieve gauge.

Círculo US D-3 / 3.0 mm Círculo crochet hook.

YARDAGE:

3, (4, 4, 4), 5, 5 balls of Charme (433 yds / 396 m, 5.3 oz / 150 g) sample in color 7563 – Chantilly. 

NOTIONS:

·         Measuring Tape.

·         Tapestry needle.

·         Scissors.

Row 1 (RS): [k].

Row 2 (WS): [p].

 

GAUGE: 16 sts x 26 rows = 4" x 4" / 10x10 cm in st st.

Execution


CENTRAL BACK PIECE:

CO 70, (70, 70, 70), 70, 70 sts. Start the piece working with the stitch pattern, following the chart A. Work the chart 4 times per row until you reach 19, (19, 19, 19), 19, 19 in / 48, (48, 48, 48), 48, 48 cm from the CO edge, BO all the sts. 

 

CENTRAL FRONT PIECE:

Same as the central back piece. 

 

RIGHT SIDE STRIPE: 

CO 14, (22, 28, 32), 38, 46 sts.

Row 1 and 2: [k], to the end of the row.

Row 3 (RS): [k], to the end of the row.

Row 4 (WS): [p], to the end of the row. 

 

Repeat rows 3 and 4 until you have a stripe of 33, (33, 33, 33), 33, 33 in / 84, (84, 84, 84), 84, 84 cm. BO all the sts.

 

LEFT SIDE STRIPE: 

Same as the right side.

 

ASSEMBLY:

Sew the side stripes to the central back and front pieces.

 

UPPER CROCHET SECTION OF THE BACK:

Work over the stripes corresponding to the right and left sleeve sides and the central back piece in pattern stitch (make sure that you have a multiple of 4) following diagram 3 and the repeat chart in flat rows until you have 10, (10, 10.6, 10.6), 11.4, 11.8 in / 25, (25, 27, 27), 29, 30 cm.

 

UPPER CROCHET SECTION OF THE FRONT: Same as the upper crochet section of the back. On the last row, join the shoulders by connecting the center of the fans with slip stitches.

 

CUFFS: 

Attach the yarn around the sleeve and work the cuff in pattern stitch (chart C, make sure that you have a multiple of 4). Work in circular rows, closing each round with a slip stitch. Make the other cuff the same.

 

FINISHING

Weave in all your ends, wet block and lay flat to dry.
