MATERIALS:
SUGGESTED NEEDLE:
Círculo Circular needle US 8 / 4 mm with at least 24" / 80 cm cable, or size needed to achieve gauge.
YARDAGE:
2, (2, 2, 2), 3 and 3 cakes of Círculo Whoppee (578 yds / 528 m / 7 oz / 200 g, sample in color 9216 – Sunset.
NOTIONS:
· 9 stitch markers – one different from the others for BOR.
· Scrap yarn, spare cable ou large safety pin.
· Measuring Tape.
· Stitch Marker.
· Tapestry needle.
· Scissors.
STITCHES USED:
2x2 rib in the round:
Rnd 1: [k2, p2].
Stockinette stitch in the round:
Rnd 1: [k].
Raglan sts:
Yo, k2, m1.
Lace pattern:

GAUGE: 22 sts x 29 rnds = 4 x 4 / 10x10 cm in st st.
ABBREVIATIONS:

Execution
This piece is knitted in the round, from the top down With a negative ease of –1.38 to –0.59 in / -3.5 to -1.5 cm. Place a stitch marker before the 1st stitch so you don’t lose track of your BOR. After the neckline, front, back and sleeves are worked together. After all the yoke increases, the sleeves are put to rest while the body is knitted in the round, front and back together.
PATTERN
CO 84, (88, 92, 96), 100, 104 sts place BOR and close the row to knit in the round.
When the work measures 2 cm from the CO edge, increase evenly 4 sts on the 1st round and work as follows:
Right after the BOR st marker, k 12, (13, 14, 14), 15, 16 sts, PM, yo, k2, m1, PM, work 12, (12, 12, 14), 14, 14 sts in sleeve pattern (chart), yo, k2, m1, PM, k 24, (26, 28, 28), 30, 32 sts, yo, k2, m1, PM, work 12, (12, 12, 14), 14, 14 sts in sleeve pattern, PM, yo, k2, m1, k 12, (13, 14, 14), 15, 16 sts.
Knit in that order for 48, (52, 56, 58), 60, 62 rounds, increasing on every 2nd round 1 stitch on each side of the sleeves in their respective lace pattern and 1 stitch on each side of the front and back in stockinette. You should end With 60, (66, 70, 72), 76, 80 sts for the first sleeve, 86, (88, 90, 94), 96, 98 sts sts for the front, 60, (66, 70, 72), 76, 80 sts for the second sleeve and 94 sts for the back. Total of 292, (308, 320, 332), 344, 356 sts, including the 16 raglan sts.
Place the sleeve stitches on hold and work front and back together in the round.
CO 5 sts on each underarm to join front and back 182, (186, 190, 198), 202, 206 sts.
Keep the BOR stitch marker on the center back.
Work in st st until the body measures 11, (11, 11, 11), 11.8, 11.8 in / 28, (28, 28, 28), 30, 30 cm from the underarm, then make 2 decreases and work in 2x2 rib for 1.18 in / 3 cm.
BO all sts.
SLEEVES
Pick up and knit 5 sts on the underarm and place the sleeve stitches back on the needles. Place a stitch marker on the beginning of the round so you don’t lose track of it.
Knit in the round in the sleeves lace pattern for 3.14 in / 8 cm from the underarm.
Wotk in 2x2 rib for 1.18 in / 3 cm and BO all the stitches.
FINISHING
Weave in all your ends, wet block and lay flat to dry.
