  • Pacific Breeze Pillow

04/16/2025 Level of difficulty Size:  45 x 45 cm (18 x 18 inches)   Materials: 1 Natural Cotton Multicolor Premium yarn roll (400g / 14.1oz) – Color: #9482 (Pacific); Círculo Crochet Hook – 4.0 mm; Fabric Pillow – 45 x 45 cm (18 x 18 inches).   Stitch Glossary & Abbreviations: st. (Stitch), sts. (Stitches), r. (Row), ch. (Chain), sc. (Single Crochet).   Gauge: A 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4 inches) square, following the Planned Color Pooling Chart, with Natural Cotton Multicolor Premium yarn and a 4.0 mm hook = 13 sts. x 15 rows. Yield: 3 rolls of Natural Cotton Multicolor Premium (200g/7.05oz each) make 2 pieces.   Execution To make the color pooling, you need to plan the size of your piece in advance. Crochet a foundation chain that extends slightly beyond the desired measurement. Make the desired length plus approximately 15 cm (6 inches) of chains, as this chain needs to end in the change from one color to another.   Tips: 1. Maintain the same number of stitches per color and pay close attention to the total stitch count to ensure the desired pattern. Remember that the pooling pattern is determined by the number of stitches in each color and the total number of stitches; 2. To achieve the exact stitch count, loosen or tighten your stitches. If there is excess color, work half double crochet (hdc) stitches until you reach the exact number of stitches required for the pattern; 3. Pooling is a very unique technique since the pattern—meaning the color arrangement—depends on the number of stitches per color, and each crafter has a different stitch tension. Some have tighter stitches, while others crochet more loosely, and this variation in tension can disrupt the color sequence, affecting the final result.   Planned Color Pooling Scheme Start with 52 ch. (or more) + 1 turning ch. at the color change of the yarn, making sure the last chain falls in Medium Blue to begin the work in Light Blue. Each square in the chart represents 1 sc. R1: Work into the 2nd ch. from the hook: 6 sc. in Light Blue, 4 sc. in Medium Blue, 7 sc. in Dark Blue, 4 sc. in Medium Blue , repeat from to until the end of the row (the row will end with 1 sc. in Dark Blue). R2: Begin the row with 6 sc. in Dark Blue (completing the 7 sts. sequence in Dark Blue), 4 sc. in Medium Blue, 6 sc. in Light Blue, 4 sc. in Medium Blue, 7 sc. in Dark Blue , repeat from to until the end of the row. Continue following the Planned Color Pooling Chart, working in back-and-forth rows. Maintain the exact stitch count for each color to form the pattern, until you complete 70 rows. Fasten off.   Sew the piece onto the fabric pillow.   Designer : Bruna Szpisjak   Disclaimer: Measurements are approximate due to differences between centimeters and inches, needle sizes and tension. • Warm Sand Placemat Set

04/09/2025 Level of difficulty   Size: 45 x 38 cm (18 x 15 inches) each piece. Materials: 1 Natural Cotton Maxcolor 4/6 (400g / 14.1oz) yarn roll – Colors: #3402 (Círculo Red) and #3635 (Passion); 1 Natural Cotton Multicolor Premium 4/6 (400g / 14.1oz) – Colors: #9459 (Jazz) and #9642 (Intuition); Crochet Hook – 4.00 mm. Stitch Glossary & Abbreviations:  r.: row, st.: stitch, sts.: stitches, ch.: chain, sl st.: slip stitch, sc.: single crochet, dc.: double crochet.   Tips: 1 – Maintain the same number of stitches per color and pay close attention to the total stitch count to ensure the desired pattern. Remember that the pooling pattern is determined by the number of stitches in each color and the total number of stitches; 2 – To achieve the exact stitch count, loosen or tighten your stitches. If there is excess color, work half double crochet (hdc) stitches until you reach the exact number of stitches required for the pattern; 3 – Pooling is a very unique technique since the pattern—meaning the color arrangement—depends on the number of stitches per color, and each crafter has a different stitch tension. Some have tighter stitches, while others crochet more loosely, and this variation in tension can disrupt the color sequence, affecting the final result. Instructions Towel 1:  This towel is entirely worked in single crochet using the yarn in Jazz color, following the yarn's color sequence. Start with 41 ch. + 1 ch. to turn and work in the following sequence: 5 sc. in blue, 2 sc. in aqua green, 5 sc. in blue, 8 sc. in orange. Continue this pattern for 59 rows.
